The summer program is exclusively for Mundo Verde students in grades K-6, enrolled for the 2024-25 school year. Our summer program runs for four weeks, with slots allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Referred students are strongly encouraged to join us. We are dedicated to maintaining mission-aligned, affordable summer programming for all our families through a sliding scale.
Eligible Students
The summer program is only open to current Mundo Verde students returning in the 2024-2025 school year. New students entering PreK3 in the Fall are not eligible to participate in the program. This includes students eligible for Extended School Year (ESY) Services through the IEP Process.
Location & Dates
The summer program will be held ONLY at the J.F. Cook Campus, 30 P Street, NW, Washington, DC 20001 from Monday, July 8 to Friday, August 2nd, 2024.
Program Hours
9:00 am-3:30 pm (with drop-off times between 8:30-8:55am and pick-up window from 3:30-3:50pm.

Registration
Priority will be given to the first 220 families that apply. Families received invitation letters on April 5. Families that did not receive invitations will be added to a waitlist.
