We are delighted to have you join the Mundo Verde family! Families matched with Mundo Verde should have received a welcome email with details for Enrollment Process and Important Dates.

Below you will find a checklist of the steps you will need to take to enroll your child in Mundo Verde for the school year 24–25.

Complete the enrollment process by May 1, 2024. There are two components that you will need to complete; please utilize the links in blue (notice: your child's enrollment is NOT complete until all three parts of the process are completed): 

Note: If you are a current family of Mundo Verde, please use the Infinite Campus Parent Portal re-enrollment (Return) application to include the new student in the same account. 

PART 1: Enrollment Acceptance 

a. New Families to Mundo Verde: Begin the Enrollment Process here in your preferred language English or Spanish.

PART 2: Document Submissions & E-Signatures: 

a. Proof of Residency: For a list of acceptable documentation Click here

b. Complete DC Proof of Residency Form SY24-25 DCRV English / Spanish.

• The parent who completes the DC Residency Form must be the same person listed on the supporting documents. The names and addresses must match. 

c. Student’s birth certificate Submit using this link Birth Certificate. 

Part 3: Health Documentation: 

a. Submit completed oral and health forms, make sure your doctors sign the forms and have your name and contact information.
